Welcome to lifetimewellnesspractice.com (the "Site"), operated by Lifetime Wellness Practice ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Lifetime Wellness Practice provides coaching, mentoring, training, and educational programs for chiropractors and chiropractic practice owners, including one-on-one mentoring, masterclasses, live events, and membership programs such as Exclusive Mentoring, White Buffalo, Inner Circle, CA Mentoring, Elite Team Training, Team Inner Circle, and Ultimate System. By accessing or using the Site, registering for an event, purchasing a program, or joining a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Our services and this Site are powered by GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), a third-party platform provider. Your use of the Site is also governed by HighLevel's Terms of Service at https://www.gohighlevel.com/terms-of-service and Privacy Policy at https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and HighLevel's policies as they relate to the underlying platform infrastructure, HighLevel's policies will control for that limited purpose. Event registrations may also be processed through Eventleaf or Eventbrite, which are subject to those providers' own terms.
Who We Serve
Our programs, coaching, and content are intended for licensed chiropractors and chiropractic practice owners/staff seeking business coaching, practice-growth strategies, and professional development. The Site is not intended for the general public seeking patient care, and nothing on the Site constitutes chiropractic or medical treatment.
Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, register for an event, purchase a program, or apply through the Associate Application. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the client Portal, other members' accounts, or any connected systems
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, Portal, or servers/networks connected to them
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written consent
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Share, resell, or redistribute Portal access, course materials, or membership benefits with anyone who has not separately purchased or been granted access
Coaching, Programs, and Membership Services
The Company offers, among other things:
One-on-one and group coaching/mentoring for chiropractic practice owners
Masterclasses and courses (e.g., the Path to 7 Figures Masterclass), delivered digitally and/or in person
Live events and trainings (e.g., LWP Masterclass, Tonal Spinal Scan and X-ray Training), registered through Eventleaf, Eventbrite, or the Site
Membership programs, including Exclusive Mentoring, White Buffalo, Inner Circle, CA Mentoring, Elite Team Training, Team Inner Circle, and Ultimate System, which provide ongoing access to resources, community, and support on a recurring (auto-renewing) subscription basis unless otherwise stated at signup
Portal access (portal.lifetimewellnesspractice.com) for enrolled clients and members to access purchased content and resources
Associate Application / recruiting for individuals interested in joining or collaborating with the Company
Specific pricing, session/event details, cancellation windows, and renewal terms for any program, event, or membership will be presented to you at the time of registration, purchase, or enrollment and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
No Guarantee of Results. Coaching, mentoring, masterclasses, and membership programs are educational and business-development in nature. The Company does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, patient volume, revenue, or business result from participation in any program, coaching relationship, or membership. Testimonials and success stories reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for you.
No Medical Advice. The Company provides business coaching and practice-management education to chiropractors — it does not provide medical or chiropractic treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice to you or any third party, and nothing on the Site should be treated as such.
Membership Renewal and Cancellation
Membership programs (including Exclusive Mentoring, White Buffalo, Inner Circle, CA Mentoring, Elite Team Training, Team Inner Circle, and Ultimate System) may auto-renew on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until cancelled. You are responsible for reviewing the renewal terms presented at signup and for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Renewal reminders may be sent by email in advance of your renewal date as a courtesy; it remains your responsibility to manage your subscription.
Payments and Refunds
You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges incurred for any program, masterclass, event, coaching engagement, or membership you purchase or enroll in. Pricing, payment terms, and any applicable refund or cancellation policy will be presented to you at the time of purchase or enrollment and will govern that specific transaction. Except as expressly stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our programs — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, frameworks, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Access to a course, masterclass, or membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own practice; it does not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or create derivative works from that content without our prior written permission.
User Content
If the Site, community, or Portal allows you to submit reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content (including in marketing) in connection with operating and promoting the Company. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that it does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our platform provider GoHighLevel, event registration providers (Eventleaf, Eventbrite), and social media. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, COACHING, AND PROGRAMS PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PROGRAM WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FOR YOUR PRACTICE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PORTAL, COACHING, OR PROGRAMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, mentors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, Portal, or programs, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, Portal, membership, or any program at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other members, the Company, or third parties. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site, Portal, or participation in any program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
