Lifetime Wellness Practice, a brand of Network Family Chiropractic, P.C. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website, lifetimewellnesspractice.com, its client Portal (portal.lifetimewellnesspractice.com), and the coaching, mentoring, membership (including Exclusive Mentoring, White Buffalo, Inner Circle, CA Mentoring, Elite Team Training, Team Inner Circle, and Ultimate System), masterclass, and event services provided therein (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

Our services and this Site are powered by GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), a third-party platform provider. Please also review HighLevel's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at https://www.gohighlevel.com/terms and https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy, which also govern use of this Site.

Information We Collect

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information — such as your name, address, phone number, or e-mail address — is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded through the standard operation of our servers, such as browser type, operating system, and IP address, in order to enhance your online experience.

The Site's mailing lists, downloads, free resources, registration forms, the Associate Application, masterclass and event registrations (including those processed through Eventleaf or Eventbrite), membership signup (Exclusive Mentoring, White Buffalo, Inner Circle, CA Mentoring, Elite Team Training, Team Inner Circle, Ultimate System), consulting/coaching consultation requests, and the client Portal may request contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, phone number, and information about your chiropractic practice relevant to the coaching, mentoring, or program services you request.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit will be used by the Company only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including improving our products, services, and the content of the Site. Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our practice and services. You may opt out of future communications at any time (see "Choice/Opt-Out" below).

The Company does not store credit card information except as necessary to complete and satisfy a specific transaction or billing arrangement, or as otherwise authorized by you.

The Company may disclose user information where we believe disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with the Company's rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activity, or in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Children Age 16 and Under

The Company recognizes a special obligation to protect personally identifiable information from children age 16 and under. IF YOU ARE 16 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If we discover that a child age 16 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information from our records.

We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activity: teach kids never to share personal information without supervision, know which sites your kids visit, review site privacy policies, and consult the FTC's resources on protecting children's privacy online.

Our platform provider, GoHighLevel, and our event registration providers (Eventleaf, Eventbrite) may use cookies for purposes such as:

  • Session management — Keeps you logged in to the Site or client Portal without re-entering credentials

  • Affiliate/referral tracking — Tracks which source referred a purchase, membership signup, or inquiry

  • Form, booking, and registration functionality — Enables forms, event registration, and chat widgets to function properly

Malware/Spyware/Viruses

Neither the Company nor the Site knowingly permits the use of malware, spyware, viruses, or similar software.
